Hauled is Ezaan and Justine. We answer the phone, we turn up, and we do the lifting.
Why we started Hauled
Most of the people who pick up rubbish in the north are one person on an app, or a big company with a truck and a minimum charge. We wanted something in between: two people you can text, who'll take one couch as happily as a whole garage, and who can prove where it went.
We're based in Wollert and we work the suburbs around us, from Craigieburn and Greenvale across to South Morang and down to Glenroy.
We started in 2026, so we don't have a wall of reviews yet. We'd rather earn them one job at a time than pretend.
What you can hold us to
We quote before we load
You know what it costs before anything goes on the trailer. If there's more on the day, we tell you before we take it.
We carry, you don't
From upstairs, the back shed or under the house. You don't have to drag anything to the kerb.
We sort every load
Metal to metal recycling, e-waste to e-waste, green waste to green waste, usable things to op shops.
We send the tip receipt
Every job ends with a receipt from the drop-off, texted to you. Your rubbish is never dumped.
We sweep up
The spot where the pile was is swept or raked before we leave.
What we use
A car and a box trailer. It's the right size for single items, small and medium jobs, and tight driveways. Big jobs take a few trips, in one quote.
What we won't take: asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas bottles, fuel, medical waste or needles. Here's where those go instead.
