How do I get a quote?
Call or text 0475 884 061 and tell us what needs to go.
Do you charge before you load?
We quote first, and nothing is loaded until you say yes. You pay when the job's done, before we leave.
What if there's more on the day?
We tell you the extra before we load it, and only take it if you agree.
How much fits in one load?
A trailer load at a time. Bigger jobs take more than one trip, all in the one quote.
Do I have to be home?
Usually, so we can get to it. If it's outside or in an open garage, tell us and we'll work it out.
What can't you take?
We can't take asbestos, chemicals, paint, gas bottles, fuel, medical waste or needles.
Where does it all go?
Mixed rubbish to a transfer station, green waste to a green waste area, metal to scrap recycling, e-waste to an e-waste drop-off, and usable things to op shops. We text you the tip receipt.
Do you take things from inside the house?
Yes. We carry it out from wherever it is, including upstairs.
Do you work weekends?
Yes, Saturdays and Sundays, 6am to 6pm. We work every day except Friday.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, card or cash, when the job's done. Jobs over $500 need a 20% deposit to book.
