What we collect

Your name, mobile number, suburb, the job details and any photos you send. When you request a booking, the form also takes your preferred day and time.

Why

Only to quote, book and do your job, to send your tip receipt and invoice, and to contact you about that job.

Who sees it

The two of us. The services we use to run the business also hold it: our email and text message providers. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Website visits

We use Google Analytics to count visits to this site and which pages and buttons get used, so we know what's working. It doesn't get anything you type into our forms. It's switched off if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and we've turned off Google's advertising features for it.

Reviews

After a job we may ask you for a review. That's the only time we'll contact you after the job is finished, unless you ask us to.
